Greek Peppers & Feta
INGREDIENTS
2 RED BELL PEPPER
2 YELLOW BELL PEPPER
2 ORANGE BELL PEPPER
1 1/2 CUPS FETA CHEESE
3 TBSP AVOCADO OIL
SEASONING
1 TSP SALT
1 tSP dill weed
½ tSP ground thyme
½ tSP ground nutmeg
1 tSP garlic powder
1 tSP dried basil
1 tSP dried oregano
1/2 tSP ground cinnamon
1/2 tSP black pepper
1 tSP parsley
1 tSP rosemary
INSTRUCTIONS
CUT PEPPERS IN STRIPS
HEAT OIL IN PAN ON MED HEAT
ADD PEPPERS AND SEASONING
SAUTE UNTIL PEPPERS ARE COOKED
REMOVE FROM HEAT AND TOSS WITH PEPPERS
NOTES
THIS RECIPE HAS LOTS OF SEASONING, BUT YOU WON’T REGRET IT.
EVEN IF YOU DON’T HAVE ALL OF THEM USE AS MANY AS YOU CAN.
