RECIPE | CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES
House Of Keto Chocolate Chip Pancakes
1 cup of keto friendly chocolate chips
3/4 cups coconut flour
8oz cream cheese (room temp)
3/4 cups Heavy cream
8 Eggs
2 tbsp baking powder
1/3 cup Lakanto Monkfruit powdered sweetener
2 tsp Vanilla extract
Makes about 14-16 Pancakes
Blend all ingredients in a blender and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes before cooking.
Top with butter and sugar free syrup!
