GARLIC HERB SHRIMP & CHEESY CAULI RICE
GARLIC HERB SHRIMP & CHEESY CAULI RICE
Ingredients
4 tbsp Avocado Oil
2 lbs cleaned and deveined shrimp
4 tbsp organic no salt herb seasoning
24 oz cauliflower rice
1 tbsp sea salt
2 tbsp garlic salt
2 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp paprika
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Marinate shrimp in avocado oil and seasoning
Heat avocado oil in a skillet on medium heat
Sauté shrimp until cooked
Remove shrimp from pan and set aside
Add riced cauliflower to pan and seasoning
Sauté until cauliflower is cooked
Add heavy cream to pan and cheeses
Stir to combine and melt cheese
Add shrimp back to pan and top with fresh herbs
