RECIPE | MEXICAN BROCCOLI PARTY RICE
House Of Keto | Mexican Broccoli Party Rice
Ingredients:
2 heads of broccoli
1 small onion
3 bell peppers
1 can fire roasted tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Olive oil
Instructions:
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and add broccoli.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper
Roast for about 15 minutes on 400
Place broccoli in food processor and pulse to make rice
Sauté diced onion and peppers in skillet.
Add riced broccoli to the pan and tomatoes.
Combine together and add a dash of cayenne pepper to give it a little kick.
