House Of Keto | Cauli Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
24 oz cauliflower florets
2 tbsp avocado oil
Salt
2 tbsp Garlic Herb Seasoning
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups Gruyere Cheese
1 cup sharp cheddar
Instructions:
Heat oil and sauté cauliflower. Add 1 tbsp garlic herb seasoning and cook until tender. Transfer to greased baking dish
In a medium sauce pan on medium heat add cream cheese. Let it melt down for about a minute, the add heavy cream. Slowly stir to help the cream cheese breakdown.
Add 1 1/2 cups gruyere, 1/2 cup sharp cheddar, 1 tbsp garlic herb seasoning and slowly stir to melt. Test to see if you need to add more salt.
Once melted pour over cauliflower and stir to cover it all with sauce.
Top with a 1/2 cup gruyere and 1/4 cup sharp cheddar.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
