Keto Sloppy Joes
ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp butter
5 oz diced mushrooms
2 diced green peppers
1 cup crushed tomatoes
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp spicy brown mustard
3 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp salt
instructions
Heat butter in medium pan and add diced mushrooms and peppers. Sauté until the peppers are soft. Remove from pan and set aside Add ground beef to pan, add seasoning and cook until done. Drain and return to pan. Add mushrooms and peppers back to pan, add spicy mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine. Add crushed tomatoes and allow to cook to heat all together. Transfer to a baking dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
